He has developed innovative, cost-effective benefit solutions that align with organizational goals and cultural values, advancing Biosphere Health’s mission to deliver integrated, technology-driven wellness and benefits programs. 

 Kevin White, a founding partner of Biosphere Health LLC, brings over 35 years of experience advising corporations and high-net-worth families on advanced tax and business succession strategies. With 37 years in life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance, he designs tax-efficient, comprehensive plans that preserve wealth, protect assets, and support Biosphere Health’s mission of delivering innovative, sustainable wellness and benefits solutions. 

 Claude D. Brunson, MD, MSCHS, CPE, FAAPL, FASA, a founding partner of Biosphere Health LLC, brings more than four decades of experience in clinical medicine, academic leadership, and health-care policy. A nationally recognized physician leader and anesthesiologist, Dr. Brunson currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Association for Physician Leadership and holds national appointments with the American Medical Association, including the Council on Legislation and the Task Force to Preserve the Patient-Physician Relationship. Prior to co-founding Biosphere Health, he served as Executive Director of the Mississippi State Medical Association until his retirement in 2025. He is Professor Emeritus of Anesthesiology at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and is widely respected for his work advancing physician leadership, advocacy, and sustainable health-care delivery models that align with Biosphere Health’s mission to enhance wellness through technology-driven innovation. 

 Ryan Gnemi, a founding partner of Biosphere Health LLC, brings over 28 years of experience in sales, marketing, and client relations across a wide range of industries. His focus spans life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance, as well as property and casualty programs and wellness benefit solutions designed to enhance employee well-being and organizational efficiency. Ryan focuses on delivering innovative, tax-saving strategies that help businesses reduce costs, maximize benefits, and achieve long-term financial sustainability in alignment with Biosphere Health’s mission to bring remote, technology-driven wellness solutions.
